The Firefighter Sustained a Broken Leg as a Result of Being Struck by a Vehicle

A Stoneham Firefighter sustained a broken leg as a result of being struck by a vehicle which was attempting to cut through a gas station parking lot in Tewksbury, MA, thereby striking the motorcycle being operated by the firefighter. Our office obtained video surveillance of the accident and after the insurer refused to offer an adequate sum of money, our office filed suit and obtained a settlement for the policy limit of $100,000.00.
