Mass. State Trooper T-Boned in Cruiser

A Mass State Tropper sustained serious injuries, including a torn labrum, when his cruiser was T-boned bone as he passed through an intersection in Danvers, MA with his lights and siren activated. After the 3rd party insurance refused to negotiate an appropriate settlement, our office filed suit and obtained a settlement in the amount of $250,000.00. In addition, PIP benefits were obtained for the Trooper in the amount of $8,000.00.
