Assault Charges Dismissed

Off-Duty State Trooper Assaulted at Night Club

When an off-duty State Trooper was assaulted at a night club, he, along with the assailant, became the subject of criminal complaints. Our office defended the Trooper, obtaining a dismissal of the charges and represented the Trooper through the internal disciplinary process, allowing the Trooper to return to work.
