Mass. State Trooper Returned to Full Duty Without Loss of Seniority or Pay

Case Dismissed

When a State Trooper was terminated by the Massachusetts State Police, our office was successful in the appeal to the Civil Service Commission, which decided that the termination was excessive and the Trooper was returned to Full Duty, without loss of seniority or compensation.
